Since April 23rd, 2023, "World Reading Day", Taian Trust-k Cordage Co., Ltd. has been carrying out reading activities for 2 years. Each department will do a good job of collective study and independent study according to the reading plan, make a good record of study, and create a good atmosphere of reading for all the staff in the company. At the same time, to learn theoretical knowledge and business knowledge on the basis of the majority of residents in reading to broaden their horizons, growth, in reading to refine character, cultivate body and mind, and truly make reading a happy way of life.

"Reading is books, transmitting is ideas, and improving is literacy." All employees in pairs in the conference room to carry out reading activities, each department elected a representative of the reading experience report, share when employees listen carefully, discuss with each other, the atmosphere is warm, the manager of each department to score their evaluation, and finally choose the highest score of employees to get gifts

Reading activities broaden the employees' horizons, increase their own knowledge accumulation, and through sharing their own experience, they can find a new perspective of understanding and improve their own way of thinking.
