September 2nd, 2023: In order to enhance the staff's knowledge and humanistic cultivation, enhance youthful vitality, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the majority of young employees, Trust-K Cordage Manufacture Industrial Co., Ltd. organised the 4th "Strive to be a good learning employee" themed book club activities in-depth.

The youth reading club activities are divided into two parts, one is each person to take out their own recently read a book, tell the book, talk about personal experience, especially with the work, life in the fit, and common perception of the wisdom and spirit of the book, from which the enlightenment, and promote the enhancement. The second is the classic "recitation". Each employee chooses a classic prose or classic phrases in the book, which is read aloud by the participating young employees to experience the excitement between the lines, savour the mood and beauty, and cultivate personal sentiment.

To make everyone love reading, we should let everyone benefit from reading and let everyone grow through reading; to make society more harmonious, organisations healthier and families happier through reading. Let reading truly become a national habit and daily routine, and let reading bring real value and effectiveness to the pursuit of a better life.

Reading is the spirit of travelling, travelling is the body in reading. According to the introduction, this year, Taian Kodinte Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. has been focusing on talent cultivation while crafting products and providing heartfelt services. Continuing to hold the book club is to hope that employees can get efficient growth, improve themselves in reading, and progress together with the Company!

Our bank takes this book club activity as an important hand in strengthening the ideological education of employees and enhancing their moral cultivation, and actively organises and promotes it. During the activity, the staff insisted on doing a good job of unity of knowledge and action, turning what they read into what they think and think, and putting it into practice, actively guiding their daily work, and contributing their youthful strength to the sustained and healthy development of the whole bank.
